- Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. We will process and ship your order as quickly as we can.
- Orders received after 12 pm may be processed the next business day.
- Chocolate can melt if the temperature is above 70degrees. Choose Overnight or Next Day Air as your shipping method to guarantee that your order does not melt in transit.
- Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Grapes and Pineapples must be shipped Priority Overnight or Next Day Air with an ice brick due to the perishable nature of the items.
- FedEx & UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. A physical address is required to complete your order.
- We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Orders placed after 12 pm on Thursday may not be shipped until the following week.
- Special rates may apply when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Please call to get a shipping price.
- Transit time for Ground shipments is NOT GUARANTEED.
