1. We cannot guarantee chocolates from melting unless FedEx Express is selected for the shipping method.  Please allow 1 to 2 days for your order to be process.
   
   Due to temperature variations across the country, we may choose NOT to ship over a weekend. Because of this policy, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries. Please call us if you have any questions about this policy: 1-888-912-2639.

When choosing your ship to address, please keep the following in mind: 

1. The best address is one where someone will be available to accept the package during the day. (A Doorstep is not a safe place for chocolate.) 
2. Business addresses are better than residential addresses. 
3. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. 

Hot Climates:

When shipping to hot climates where temperatures exceed 72 degrees, you must select 2nd Day or FedEx Express as the shipping method. If the fastest shipping method available is not selected, we cannot guarantee the package contents.

Weekend Delivery:  

When requesting weekend delivery there will be an additional $15.00 added to the FedEx Express rates.  Saturday delivery is not standard for all delivery areas, therefore please call for verification.  If you have any questions regarding a Saturday delivery, please contact us at: 1-888-912-2639.

We do not offer Sunday delivery at this time.
